Wait Until I'm Gone

looking back on times when we sat under street lights and waited for the day to arrive we were so young and in love at the time watching our breathes appear in the light you weren’t holding back as you told me how you felt and I believed every word that you said the day was bound to break but we both knew inside that this was bound to bound to end but not this night as we walked alone in the dark side by side until the day did end wait until I’m gone and you won’t find this hard just know that you’ll never leave my heart wait for this to end when we’re finally apart then you’ll realize you messed this up again the night was so cold as we sat all alone underneath the stars those words that were said were the best of my life but knew this was bound to end
