Cobwebs

I can't find myself today
Staring in this haze
Look in mirrors
But the faces aren't the same
I'm not alone in the world
But i feel like it sometimes
'cept when she looks at me
And tells me i'm ok

All i wanted from this life
Was to find truth in it
Fill my soul with knowledge
Make me feel alright
Is it possible that life is just dream
Full of broken lies
Beliefs are cobwebs in the sky

All this time spent alone
Pondering life's great secrets
Never found the key
To god's great doors
What is happiness?
Will solitude clear my mind?
Burning in my own hell
Away from everyone
