Melody of a Farewell Gift

Earrings sway in the evening breeze and orange setting sun.
Your eyes stared down at the bench.
It's farewell, if you put out your cigarette.

I won't cry anymore
because I have good smiling memories of our parting.

We who were torn apart,
let's bloom a brilliant flower some day.
"Farewell..." "Farewell..." Softly,
I send you one last kiss from my quivering lips.

The balcony the swallow left from, lay two snuggling sandals.
Hey (look,) our memories were scattered as far as a place like this. (Oh,) such lovely days.

I stared up... where are those immutable things,
like this sky?

The road that is still unseen grows misty with my tears.
I who stand there, wonders if I can become strong.
But still, nevertheless, come tomorrow a new sun will rise.
