Palms stretched to the open skies–knees pressed to the earth
At the sight of heaven open wide–glory touching curse
Wake my soul for you have seen heaven is reality

I live wide awake–eyes are open wide
No more living in the shadows of the earth’s half-light
I live wide awake–I am full aware
That glory ripped my heart in two so heaven could come through

All of heaven is advancing now as earth turns unaware
And the glory king is looking down as angels crowd the stairs
