She is beautiful, more beautiful, very beautifulEs bella, más bella, muy bella
She is today, she is tomorrow, she is yesterdayEs hoy, es mañana, es ayer
She is rock and she is blackbird, she is starEs roca y es mirlo, es estrella
She is leaving, staying, returningEs irse, quedarse, volver

She is grass and she is branch, gives shadeEs hierba y es rama, da sombra
She is water that quenches thirstEs agua que calma la sed
Distant, she is mine, she names meLejana, es mía, me nombra
She waits for me, she knows me, she sees meMe espera, me sabe, me ve

She explodes, hides, moves awayEstalla, se esconde, se aleja
To be or not to be, mf! She isDe ser o no ser, mf! Ella es
And she is so much, that she always returnsY es tanto, que siempre regresa
And the before becomes afterY el antes, se vuelve después

She knew me, when she suspected I would comeMe conoció, cuando tuvo sospechas de que vendría
And she knew I would arrive, oh she knew!Y ella sabía que llegaría, ¡ah si sabía!
And then time, the years passed and one day I leftY luego tiempo, corrieron los años y me fui un día
