The Forest's Silhouette

It masks the forests with silhouettes
Of yellow, green, brown, and red
It protects the bark that it entwines
Preserving now, until the end of time
As winter blows into the woods
To smother the weak, as it should
The fit endure when death will sweep
The oath to renew, it will keep
Ride, Fly
Bestowing strength to only kin
This figure rides from limb to limb
Perennial lore it will breed
