As usual today it's my turn to preachComo de costumbre hoy me toca la predicación
I take time with the message for the congregationMe tomo tiempo el mensaje para la congregación
My sheep are waiting for me to preach to themMis ovejas que me esperan para que yo les predique
I just hope God gives me strength and is glorifiedSolo espero que dios me de fuerza y se glorifique
Because I confess it's been a very tough weekPues confieso que ha sido una semana muy dura
No one thinks I have problems because of my postureNadie piensa que tengo problema pues por mi postura
I'm the one who intercedes and prays, facing their challengesSoy el que intercede y ora, ante sus desafíos
But almost no one knows all my problemsPero casi nadie sabe todos los problemas míos
I'm the one who advises, I'm the one who tries to give comfortSoy el que aconseja, soy el que trata de dar consuelo
But sometimes I need to get up from the groundPero a veces necesito levantarme desde el suelo
Advice that tells me 'don't give up and walk!'Un consejo que me diga ¡no te quites y camina!
But very few know, almost no one imaginesPero muy pocos lo saben, casi nadie se imagina
That I have my struggles like every human goes throughQue tengo mis luchas como todo ser humano pasa
That I've had trials that have shaken my homeQue he tenido pruebas que han estremecido a mi casa
That there have been days where I break down in painQue ha habido días donde me quebranto por dolor
I am a father, I am a husband, I am the pastorYo soy padre, soy esposo, soy el pastor

But no one expects to be accused and hurt behind your backPero nadie espera que a espaldas te acusen y te hieran
And to be judged and watch as another seat emptiesY que te juzguen y mirar cómo se vacía otro asiento
But they never ask how I am, how I feelPero nunca me preguntan cómo estoy como me siento
Although I know so many things that cause me painAunque se de tantas cosas que me causan dolor
Every day, every night, I try to give my bestCada día, cada noche, trato de dar lo mejor
I seek direction through the message of the BibleBusco dirección a través del mensaje de la biblia
I try to balance between the church and my familyTrato de hacer balance entre la iglesia y mi familia
But God, my strength, encourages me from heavenPero dios mi fortaleza me anima desde el cielo
And I receive strength when I am prostrate on the groundY recibo fuerzas cuando estoy postrado cara al suelo
Only He knows the things that happen in secretSolo él conoce las cosas que pasan en lo oculto
And without Him, it would be in vain to preach in another cultY sin el seria en vano predicar en otro culto

I am a pastor, I am human not exempt from problemsSoy pastor, soy humano a problemas no exento
And above all, I do not hesitate and present myself before the altarY ante todo no reparo y ante el altar me presento
And although at times I long to throw in the towelY aunque en ocasiones tirar la toalla anhelo
I go and look at Jesus, that's my best modelVoy y miro a jesús ese es mi mejor modelo
And despite all the reproach that burdened his heartY ante todo el vituperio que agobio su corazón
Nothing stopped him from finishing his missionNada lo detuvo para terminar con su misión
And although there are moments when I think it will all endY aunque hayan momentos que piense que todo acabara
I know that He who began the work will finish itSé que aquel que comenzó la obra la terminara
