They violated my trust.
They caused me to abliterate my carefree past
Aoly to make me depend on them.
I now regret trusting them with my love.

I have been taught to believe in a face of light,
A guiding light. I was told that it was
An endless light, one with never failing helpers.
I was told that the light surrounds me
With love and peace. But what now?
What about the lies? What about the hurt?
This force must have caused that, too.
