Trespass

I let myself in
Ignored the warnings
I left the keys inside the door
Drew back the curtains
Windows wide open
So u know, you know I’m here

I blocked the entrance
Tried weeks of absence
But just when I am moving on
I’ll scale the fences
The walls protected
Til I find that ray of hope and re-enter

Instead of looking back
Learning from the past
I design a map to trespass
Down the beaten path
Across a welcome mat
I will risk all the traps and trespass
