At the bottom of the sea
There's a shell for you and me
I told you I would wait there
I sat down and held my breath
You said you'd gone up for air
I waited for two whole years
Ran out of breath and out of time
Hoping you would change your mind

Either way it doesn't make a difference
You came back and I was gone

I came up for air myself
Thinking you'd left me to drown

You had gone back to the shell

To meet you back under the sea and
