Vi al mundo sedarse,I watched the world sedate itself,
y mientras rezaba me encontré,and as I prayed I found myself,
abierta al cielo besado por la luna...opened to the moon kissed sky...

En la oscuridad me preguntaba por qué, todo debe ser tan difícil,In the dark I wondered why, everything must be so hard,
Vi al mundo y soñé con la luz.I watched the world and dreamed of light.
Vi las imágenes yaciendo quietas,I saw the pictures lying still,
Vi al mundo e intenté dormir.I watched the world and tried to sleep.
Dentro de mí vi las grietas por donde se filtran todos los dolores de la vida.Within myself I saw the cracks where all the pains of life leak through.
Vi al mundo sedarse,I watched the world sedate itself,
Rogué a Dios que terminara...I prayed to God that it would end...

Vi al mundo, a través de mi reflejo,I watched the world, through my reflection,
Vi al mundo, y saludé...I watched the world, and waved hello...

Vi al mundo, dije hola.I watched the world, I said hello.
Aquí viene el sol...Here comes the sun...
