Parado solo en un rincón, encontrando el castigo justificado, necesitando sentir su decepción, para que me hagan saber que estoy vivo. Porque he aprendido que la atención negativa es mejor que el silencio en la mesa. Un combustible inestable que siempre se hizo presente para hacerme saber que he fallado. Me siento insatisfecho y asustado; ¿encontraré seguridad en estos días solitarios? Mirando hacia atrás encuentro cimientos agrietados donde descansan recuerdos de la infancia y cuando esa voz enojada golpea mi oído finalmente seré puesto a prueba. ¿Necesito el fuego para seguir adelante o puedo hacerlo por mi cuenta? Ahora he mostrado una lágrima, la realidad está cerca de un lugar que llamo hogar. ¿Hay fuerza que se encuentre en recuerdos dejados atrás? Los tiempos han cambiado, me encontré a mí mismo culpable y las heridas sanarán con el tiempo.
