Mirage/Sand In My Eyes

It was so weird
Waking up in the middle of the desert
By myself and just stars and
Mountains encroaching
I'd panic but I feel free
Though time is another tempo
No water in sight
But the air feels liquid and druggy
Does time exist in black deserts?
Only when the deadly sun peaks
Sudden state of emergency
Me against the most powerful
Being in the galaxy,The Sun
I would run to civilization
But the air is like mud
I discover I'm weightless
I bounce up and I bounce down
I gain some momentum
I bounce like the Supermen
I fly over the mountains and
I tumble in the Glenn
I rub my sandy eyes and
I can't remember where I've been
