The cold dark night
Is seeping in
I find myself awake
The dreams they come
They seem so real
The darkness fades away

My God why did you have to bring me back
I was so sure these were things I'd gotten past
It's jus a matter of time till I'll need something real
With the hurt that surrounds me (I don't know what to feel)

I won't look back
I am complete
On this I meditate
I wish these thoughts would disappear
My mind i consecrate

Open your eyes
See whats inside
Left alone in the darkness
I find out who I truly am
With my mind left to wander
These thoughts they come in

Times past replayed
Things done wounds made

Jesus Christ became real
Captivated my heart.
