Dropping The Bomb

You can take a look into your shining light,
But in the end it's not so bright,
Don't tell me that I'm wrong when you dropped the bomb.

All is left is the blood and dirt,
Of those innocent families you tried to hurt,
And as i stand on top of this mountain,
Hoping we can share from the same old fountain,
Fountain of life with no end in sight,
Climb to the clouds with all of my might,
But the thought that everyone dies someday,
When tomorrow comes we will miss out on yesterday

Don't tell me that I'm wrong when you dropped the bomb.

So we can't distinguish from life and death
And now we stand all alone holding our breath
With empty smiles and no substance
Little care mixed with a little ignorance,
But maybe in our darkest days,
We can find the strength to stay
I don't know if theres another way,
If theres another way, we'll find the strength to say...
