No Reward

I entered into this, Even though they said there is
No reward
But I remember both times, and I could tell you we were never bored
At the time, I would find
That I could put up with the daily grind
Now things are much worse
Now that the scene has changed its mind
Like one mind
Poked fun at a good time
Ruined our whole situation
They said to have a good time
Must involve intoxication
Not me
I still believe
In that old philosophy
No it's not my own
But it still gets me free
