Entropy

The axis started twisting and turning on its side,
My reason for existing had never been denied;
Attunement and evolving, expression born anew,
Our twisting and revolving expiring into blue.

The lesson kept me guessing and the rules were never clear,
The silence kept expressing, the abyss's drop was sheer;
Your lips were never speaking but so clearly understood,
Hot havoc we were wreaking from the moment when we could.

Now the laws of our transgression have all been broken but a few;
So don't pretend we didn't bend the universe in two.

Your pleasure made to measure and my pleasure your terrain,
In our sweet undying leisure every treasure has a name;
In the darkness never lost and nothing ever is denied,
But a tribute slyly tossed at the summit of the tide.
