Slaughtered Dreams

When I finally turned home
I found out that you were gone
I can`t see why you left me alone
But now I know that my dreams are broken
I lived in a lie for years
I only fought back my fears
I wonder how you will survive ?!?
After all I hadn`t known you

In the night the beast awaits its pray
And I - I am on my way
Running blind - blind through the streets
I see the light and I hope it bring me home

On my bed I found your letter
It was only making me madder:
"Hey you asshole, I`m saying goodbye.
It was nice to be your slave.
But now I act as myself,
you only loved an empty shell.I wasn`t the one you adored -
now it`s too late: My best regards."
