I'm standing on a mesa drinking my cerveza
Watching the sun set in old Mexico
I see two vicaros chasing two banditos
They look the be on one hell of a run

And this old ghost town well it sure looks run down
I rarely see anybody around
But when the nighttime falls, and all their work is done
It runs into a big party town
