Paul's Letter

He loved the law of God
But was a slave to sin
He said there's another power
At war that is within: Lord I wanna do what's right
But it seems I can't
He was a miserable man
He couldn't understand

Oh these things that I do
They're not what I want to

But this sinful nature I've grown to

Cause It's more than flesh and blood
It's so much deeper than eyes can see, oh

He was a man of God and knew the God of man
The very first and last
The one to rule and win
Over sin
Death wasn't the end

Much more than my eyes
