And time is running away from me hard
والوقت بيجري مني جامد
wal-waqt bijri minni jamid
Today feels like yesterday, everything's a blur

Everyone's lost in the fun

Lost in the shows, and the scene's a joke

Everyone's holding onto something, letting its poison run through them
كله ماسك في حاجة وسايب سمها يجري فيه

I drain my negative energy like bullets

You'll wake up an old person in a young body
هتصحى عجوز في جسم شاب
hatshi a'juzi fi jism shab
In the shadow of a dream on a mountain of reproach
على ضل حلم على جبل عتاب
'ala dhil hulm 'ala jabal 'it'ab
With eyes that have seen nothing but depression
على عين ما شافتش غير إكتئاب
'ala 'ayn ma shafatsh ghir ikti'ab
Between me and myself, a hundred thousand accounts
بيني وبين نفسي ميت ألف حساب
baini wabayn nafsi mit alf hisab

So before you judge me, look at yourself in the mirror

And know that the prison inside your head won't matter much to me
وإعرف إن السجن اللي جوة مخك مش هيفرق كتير معايا
wi'iraf in al-sijn illi juwwa makhka mish hayifriq ktir ma'aya
And my last piece of advice I'll give you
وآخر نصيحة عندي هقولهالك
wa akhiran nasiha 'andi ha'ulhalak
If you have advice for me, it's better to keep it to yourself.
