Then suddenly the sea agitates vehementlyAí de repente o mar se agita de maneira veemente
The wind blows unsettling everyoneO vento sopra inquietando toda gente
Desperate, they start to screamDesesperados começam a gritar
Help, Jesus help usSocorre, Jesus socorre-nos
If it's not the Lord, we're out of luckSe não for o Senhor, estamos sem sorte

Jesus wakes up, as He was sleeping at the stern of the boatJesus acorda, pois estava dormindo na poupa do barco

He gets up, calms the wind and the fury of the seaEle se levanta, acalma o vento e a fúria do mar
The wind has no ears, nor does the seaVento não tem ouvido, nem tampouco o mar
But when Jesus speaks they have to listenMas quando Jesus fala eles têm que escutar
