The wind on my neck
Calls it's name, past my back
And it sings it's songs

And i try to forget
My own name, like the sun
The sun always sets, burns out it's incandescence

With my eyes behind my hands
I could pretend, i wasn't there

The violins in my head
Bow their strings
Keeping stead
