The Burial Ground

On a burial ground we're marching
by the cemetery gates the devil's arising
Black candles they burn, we watch them burning
trough the dark wind I hear them calling me
Lives been corrupted by the devil surrounding
blackest skies the earth is falling
Thus I won't see another day's dawn
'cause all we hear is our Master's roar

Thunder wakes me from the dream of terror
at least I know what you're dying for
The flesh and decay, hunting the prey
the torment will never cease
Still I walk on the burial ground
makes me think your destruction's about
Candles burned out by a storm blown from far
still I hear the voice of our god
