Well it seems to me that you've
cried wolf once before
now the deep blue skies
not so blue anymore
but it's the blue I saw
I now see in your eyes

I once saw in the sky
Well you sit back and laugh
and tell me you own it
but something tells me
that you just went and stole it
the sky now grey
has something to say

so right back home
you seem to always tread
and rest your eyes
on your soft feather bed
because they grow tired
as you lay back
and listen to the thunder crack
