Crusades geared for destruction
Millions paid for a perverted creed

White-washed relics enshrined
Stole the eyes from the blind

Thank God man's poor reflection of himself
In His image created perplexed
The church imitated cannibalism

Man's attempt to reach God
Futile ploy restricts the rod
God's attempt to reach man
Death to life connecting strand

In ignorance lives were extricated
Retribution for their belief
Leaders schemed to dominate
Barbaric hunger for misery
