Who would have thought that I'd lay here caught on the burning line. Higher still, I tumble down.
Taste your breath while falling from your paradise. Betrayer wrapped in truths disguise.
Thoughts of strength and painted scenes of perfect lives all of them come crumbling down. With each breath there comes the taste of another one. You built me up to tear me down. I believed in you.You let me down so hard.
So complicated was the fall, falling from your heart, I never saw it come at all. And now I'm stranded in this place, stranded all alone, even though it is my home.
