Erecta Tu trono dentro de mi corazón,Erect Thy throne within my heart,
Y reina sin rival allí.And reign without a rival there.

Dame leer mi perdón sellado,Give me to read my pardon sealed,
Y de Tu alegría sacar mi fuerza;And from Thy joy to draw my strength;
Tener revelado Tu amor sin límitesTo have Thy boundless love revealed
En toda su altura, y amplitud, y longitud.In all its height, and breadth, and length.

Concede estas peticiones—no pido más,Grant these requests—I ask no more,
Pero al cuidado tuyo el resto resigno;But to Thy care the rest resign;
Viviendo o muriendo, rico o pobre,Living or dying, rich or poor,
Todo estará bien si Tú eres mío.All shall be well if Thou art mine.
