Can you read between the lines of vexation and ecstasy
They come across to mesmerize the young and the innocent
Slowly they become just another pawn for your God
Just another life for your God, for your gods own existence

Why can’t we just get a long for something

There beneath the wings, the wings of a nation’s flag
The child awaits for her father to come home again
Though she sees the need to rise up instead
To only fall between the bullets destination

To hatred~ to violence~ to anger~ to riots
To anguish~ to dying~ to wicked~ to liars
To hopeless~ to godless~ to lifeless~ to faithless
To dreamless~ to soulless~ to pointless~ for nothing
