Todo es fría dura belleza, el dolor nunca terminaAll is cold hard beauty, pain is never done
Y permanecemos vestidos en el espacioAnd we remain clothed in space
Formándonos desde el espacioForming from space
Del espacio venimos y regresamosSpace we come and return
Y vi dentro del misterio de diosAnd I saw within the mystery of god
En medio de las brisas del surIn the midst of the southern breezes
Una imagen maravillosamente hermosaA wondrously beautiful image
Tenía una forma humana y su semblante era de tal bellezaIt had a human form and it's countenance was of such beauty
Que hubiera sido más fácil mirar al solThat I could have more easily gazed at the sun
Que a ese rostroThan in that face
Pues un amplio anillo dorado circundaba su cabezaFor a broad golden ring circled it's head
En este anillo sobre el rostro aparecía un segundo semblanteIn this ring above the face there appeared a second countenance
Como el de un ancianoLike that of an elderly man
Su barbilla y barba descansando en la corona de su primer rostroIt's chin and beard resting on the crown of her first face
Y a ambos lados de la figura creció un ala de los hombrosAnd on both sides of the figure a wing grew out of the shoulders
Las alas se alzaban sobre el rostro y se unían allíThe wings rose above the face and were joined there
Luego en la parte superior del ala en la curva apareció la cabeza de un águilaThen at the top part of the wing on the curve appeared an eagle's head
Sus ojos eran como fuego y en ellos la brillantez de los ángeles fluía desde el espejoIts eyes were like fire and in them the brilliance of angels streamed forth from the mirror
En la parte de la curva del ala izquierda se calmaba una cabeza humanaOn the part of the left wing's curve there was soothed a human head
Que brillaba como el resplandor de las estrellasWhich shone like the gleaming of the stars
Ambos rostros estaban vueltos hacia el esteBoth faces were turned towards the east
Y desde los hombros de la figura se extendía un ala hasta las rodillasAnd from the shoulders of the figure a wing extended to its knees
La figura estaba envuelta en una vestimenta que brillaba como el solThe figure was wrapped in a garment that shone like the sun
Sus manos llevaban al cordero que brillaba como un día brillanteIts hands carried the lamb which shone like a brilliant day
Los pies de la figura pisaban a un monstruo de negroThe figure's feet trod upon a monster of black
Una serpiente había clavado sus dientes en élA serpent had fastened its teeth into it
Y su cuerpo estaba enrollado alrededor de la heridaAnd its body was wound around the wound
Su cola se extendía hacia la izquierdaIts tail extended to the left
Dijo "Soy el más alto en poder ardienteIt said "I am the highest in fiery power
He encendido cada chispa de vidaI have kindled every spark of life
Soy yo, nada que sea mortalI am it, nothing that is deadly
He decidido sobre toda realidadI decided on all reality
Con mis alas vuelo sobre este pequeño mundoWith my wings I fly above this little world
Con sabiduría he puesto en orden el universoWith wisdom have I put the universe in order
Soy la vida ardiente de la esenciaI am the fiery life of essence
Soy una llama más allá de la belleza incluso de los pradosI am a flame beyond the beauty even of the meadows
Soy yo quien brilla en las aguasIt is I who gleam in the waters
Soy yo quien arde en el solIt is I that burn in the sun
Soy yo quien arde en la lunaIt is I that burn in the moon
Soy yo quien arde en las estrellasIt is I that burn in the stars
Con cada brisa como con vida invisible que contiene todoWith every breeze as with invisible life that contains everything
Soy yo quien despierta a cada cosa a la vidaIt is I that awaken every thing to life
El aire vive volviéndose verde y floreciendoThe air lives by turning green and being in bloom
Y las aguas fluyen como si estuvieran vivasAnd the waters flow as if they were alive
El sol vive en su luz y la luna se enciendeThe sun lives in it's light and the moon is enkindled
Después de su desaparición una vez más por la luzAfter it's disappearance once again by the light
Del sol para que la luna vuelva a revivirOf the sun so that the moon is again revived
Las estrellas también dan luz con su resplandorThe stars too give the light with their beaming
He establecido pilares que sostienen todo el globoI have established pillars that bear the entire globe
De la misma manera el cuerpo envuelve el almaIn the same way too the body envelopes the soul
Y la mantiene para que el alma nunca se desvanezca"And maintains it so that the soul will never blow away"
Y todo es fría dura belleza, el dolor nunca terminaAnd all is cold hard beauty, pain is never done
