I´m not what one would call
A person with a tough and severe will
Except my tendency towards
Self-destruction I am quite still
Let me introduce you to a
Secret place within my self
Hidden by a false facade
Not yet seen by no one else

When you shout at me
It only shows that you care
When you beat me up
It only shows that you dare
When you give me names
It shows what you really feel for me
When you insult me
It only shows your lack of confidence

After all I´m here again
My fears are gone, captured deep within
It took me ages just to realize
The madness in me took me time
The lesson that time taught me
Was that wounds need time to heal
Still feel like I´m insane
Another lesson filled with pain
