Cygnet

A fountain is my bleeding heart
Pulsates in the rhythm of blue
My blood floods all the ways and yards
It's streaming down the streets to you

Slowly the river eats through stone
It feeds the flowers with delight
My lovelorn heart it bleeds alone
In the silence of an awful night

In shallow seas we drown
While the world is sleeping in wombs
The stars are our crown
While the world is weeping in tombs

Cygnet, dance...!!!

My bleeding soul alone and sad
Is yearning for your grace, my dear
With feathers painted crimson red
The Cygnet slowly disappears
