Smoke and Then Some

Passed out on the couch now don't know how I got myself into this one.
Crashed out somehow without the lights out, might have had a drink or two, or smoke and then some.
Fever! Sleep nor eat or neither, either way it doesn't get much better.
Wish you weren't here or there, somewhere, I don't wanna hear you talking about the weather.

Come shake this tunnel vision town
Shined up and locked on trouble bound
Hot wired and fuel this time around!

No more bed sores! Can't think of how poor I'll wake up to be in the morning.
Can't know for sure, once more, gotta find that cure that'll stop this burnin.
Stuck in something way inside within this stink I keep on keepin' it on!
Trying to find you! "Oh yeah!" That too! Why bother trying to make sens out of this one?
