ni grandes guerrerosnor great warriors
sus nombres no son recordados en cancionestheir names not remembered in songs
no hay grandeza, no hay esplendorthere is no greatness there is no splendour
en la sangre que me ha sido transmitidain the blood that's been passed on to me
mi espada solo es tan fuerte como mis brazosmy sword is only as strong as my arms
mis flechas no son tan rápidas como mis ojosmy arrows not as swift as my eyes
no estoy destinado a grandes hazañasi am not destined for any great deeds

pero confío en el juicio de aquellosbut i trust the judgement of those
que saben más de estos asuntos,who know more of these matters,
