The buzzer rings and the herd trample in
performing mindless procedures day in day out
until forty hours has clocked off and you can take a few
short breaths
But they grow shorter every day, as the routine creates
mind decay

dressed up in suits and ties, blood sucking us dry
Just to make sure their profits are high
while we're grinding our fingers to the bone
We're only enhancing their comfort zones
We are only prawns in a sick, twisted society
Where 10% of the population owns 90% of the wealth

As technologies evolve, the workplace continues to grow
the machines that run our lives are in fact handcuffs in
disguise,
making day to day life easier to live
