Midwinter's Nights

I feel her cold hands
Come over me
I hear her dark commands
Whispered in my ear
A cold night
Darkness is to be found
Out of sight
of the heavens up above

My lust for cold
Is beyond this world
Shadows dance around me
Of a past that has gone wrong
These shadows of the night
Dance in their own masquerade
Painting a vivid picture of torture and demise
