Heaven's 9-1-1

I was feelin' wired
I was downright tired
When I was only seventeen
I thought this whole world
Was made of cars and girls
I was a victim of that scene
Knew I had to change
Had to rearrange

Then a friend of mine
Sat and took the time
He said the Lord could make the save

I called Emergency
And He answered me
On Heaven's 9*1*1

Just about to drop
Knew I had to stop
When I got down on my knees
Like a lightning bolt
A two-twenty jolt
I could feel the electricity
And at once I knew
That my call gone through
I didn't even use the phone
And ther I heard the voice
With a thunderous noice
Say it's good that you phoned home

I called Emergency
And He answered me
On Heaven's 9*1*1
