Now that the nights are longer
And the sun looks pale and weak
It seems that my bones are frozen
Frozen by the whispering wind

With the oldest wood weʼre gonna rise the greatest bonfire ever
Bring me a cup of wine to make me fly, I want to see the bonfire from the sky

Beside this flame of evening
No evil can join our circle
As a God, we all play with fire
As a child, we all cry of joy

Still carrying the wood to keep alive, the greatest bonfire ever
