Montag: schon wieder zu spät, er würde in Schwierigkeiten geraten, doch er würde sagen, es tut ihm leid, er müsste schnell zum Bus.Monday: late again today, he'd be in trouble though he'd say he was sorry, he'd have to hurry out to the bus.
Dienstag: Horace war so traurig, er hatte nie ein Mädchen, um das er sich kümmern konnte, und wenn er noch einmal zu spät käme, wäre er draußen.Tuesday: horace was so sad, he'd never had a girl that he could care for, and if he was late once more, he'd be out.
Hab keine Angst, klopf einfach an die Tür,Don't be afraid, just knock on the door,
Nun, er stand nur da, murmelte und fummelte.Well he just stood there mumblin and fumblin'.
Dann sagte eine Stimme von oben -Then a voice from above said-
"Horace Wimp, das ist dein Leben,"horace wimp,this is your life,
Geh raus und finde dir eine Frau,Go out and find yourself a wife,
Steh auf und sei ein Mann,Make a stand and be a man,
Und du wirst einen großartigen Lebensplan haben."And you will have a great life plan."

Mittwoch: Horace traf ein Mädchen, sie war klein und sehr hübsch, er dachte, er sei verliebt, er hatte Angst.Wednesday: horace met a girl, she was small and she was very pretty, he thought he was in love, he was afraid.
Donnerstag: fragt sie nach einem Date, im Café die Straße runter morgen Abend, ihm schwirrte der Kopf, als sie "ja, okay" sagte.Thursday: asks her for a date, the café dowm the street tomorrow evening, his head was reeling, when she said "yes, o.k."

Freitag: Horace, das ist es, er fragt das Mädchen, ob sie vielleicht heiraten könnten, als sie "gerne" sagt, weint Horace.Friday: horace, this is it, he asks the girl if maybye they could marry, when she says "gladly," horace cries.
Sonntag: alle sind in der Kirche, als Horace hereinstürmt und sagt "jetzt kommt meine Frau, für den Rest meines Lebens," und sie tat es.Sunday: everybody's at the church, when horace rushes in and says "now here comes my wife,for the rest of my life," and she did.
