Suffering is part of it! The struggles of this life are part of our walk with GodSofrimento faz parte! As angústias próprias dessa vida, fazem parte da nossa caminhada com Deus
But thank you, Lord, because You don’t leave us aloneMas obrigada, Senhor, porque o Senhor não nos deixa sozinhos
You don’t allow, You don’t let us walk alone, in any situation we’re facingO Senhor não permite, o Senhor não deixa que caminhemos sozinhos, em nenhuma das situações que estamos passando
You are present because You promised to be with us every day until the end of timeO Senhor se faz presente porque assim o Senhor prometeu que estaria conosco todos os dias até o fim dos tempos
These are biblical words, these are passages, it’s Your Word, Lord, that now fully enters our reality, the truth of our livesSão palavras bíblicas, são passagens, é a Tua Palavra, Senhor, que agora entra de cheio na nossa realidade, no real do nosso viver
And we praise You for Your real presence, Lord, in each of these situationsE nós Te louvamos pela Tua presença real, Senhor, em cada uma dessas situações
Of illness, betrayal, humiliation, storms, tragedies, losses, You are with usDe doença, de traição, de humilhação, de tormentas, de tragédias, de perdas, o Senhor está conosco
Even if the betraying night comes, the dark nightAinda que venha a noite traiçoeira, a noite escura
The shadowy valleys, the valleys of tearsOs vales tenebrosos, os vales de lágrimas
You are with me and teach me to make sense of all this sufferingO Senhor está comigo e me ensina a dar sentido a todo esse sofrimento
Not to cry just to cry, to suffer just to sufferNão chorar por chorar, sofrer por sofrer
But to offer the tears and the sufferingsMas ofertar as lágrimas e os sofrimentos
The pains for those who suffer much more than we doAs dores por aqueles que sofrem muito mais do que nós
But also to complete in You, Lord, all the pains You went through for each one of usMas também para completar em vós, Senhor, todas as dores pelas quais passaste por causa de cada um de nós
We want to offer here, Lord, to give our pains, problems, sufferingsNós queremos aqui, Senhor, oferecer, entregar dores, problemas, sofrimentos
And expect from You all grace, all strength neededE esperar de Ti toda graça, toda força necessária
To overcome, endure, and get through this moment with Your gracePara superar, suportar e atravessar todo este momento com a Tua graça
