Hope

Sometimes I get so tired of everything
That simple words just lose their special ring
The ups and downs are always waiting for a sign
To spring upon my unsuspecting mind

I try to take the hope wherever I can
I often reach to find there's a missing hand
But even though the days will come and go
The light will burn
My heart will turn
And you will know that I'll be there in a while

I feel so lonely and I feel so small
The same designs and pictures on my wall
Remind everyday what I'm waiting for
But it's hard not know what's beyond that door
