I am the void
A spell on my skin
But I couldn’t help it

It lives in my dreams
Grind my teeth at night

Fears, they take flight
Right in front of me
The words I speak
Are giving them life

A universe inside of me
Still, I can’t see
My way into the light
In my head like a void
Lost in the lapse of time
You are the calm
I am the world on fire
I can feel the sunlight
Draining us all
Every day is nothing
But a death to me

Close your eyes
And clear your head
Wake the earth from below
With the blood from your knife and if you move slowly
One inch at a time
Then you will always
Remember to begin
With the end in mind
