Reaching For Nothing

In darkness I felt something inside,
there is not much time.
The highest mountain I must climb,
but nothing I could find.
Faster, faster have to go
What is it? I don't know.
Should I stop? I will say no.
I know
What I'm seeking?
And to no false king.

I will kneel
It's not real what you think you feel.
Is this freedom?

I'm reaching for?
Nothing at all.
Will it be gone tomorrow?
In the light they see me fall.
Why won't you fall?
Into their shadow

In the sun you disappear
and with the stars you reappear.
Just to see there's no one there
you never where nobody cares
and the mind is to confuse.
Through the years it's been abused
if you knew your path was set.
Don't tell me now you have regrets.

If I think that I will fail today.
Then I'll do it my own way.
It doesn't matter what you say
it all remains the same.
Don't you see this is my life,
till the end I will fight.
All the fools get out my sight.
I have the right to be reckless
or to make it.
Wright or wrong,
I am strong but not for long.
