Translucent Eyes

Time after time,
Visions now like none i've seen before,
So dark they shine,
Memories, they haunt me more and more.
And now the shadows of my life,
Return to taint my shallow stare,
And this feeling cannot be described,
Through translucent eyes.

Through all the chapters of my life,
My curse will follow me,

Now all my daylight's faded away.

Decaying past,
Devouring my hope and stealing breath,
The hourglass,
