Trapped in this anchor of flesh
Like a whirlwind of everlasting pain
Entangled in cobwebs of blind destiny
I'm restrained to this world like a puppet to it's strings

Questioning my sanity
Trying to grasp reality
My existance is non-essential
I've reached the bottom of the bottomless pit
Falling down to the depths of depravity

Inside this mortal coil
Lies within a living hell
Damned in the purest black
Draped in halls of sorrow

Fallen one, you've carved your own path
What has your faithful hope brought you?

Never questioned, or wondered why
