Sink or Swim

This life won't get the best of me.
This time will rise up.
To the call, I will stand, to be proven wrong no more.

The smiles shatter, against the screams.
The backdrop of sorrow, the pain is too real.
This time it's sink or swim.

I've burned all the bridges, and I'm not looking back.
I'm taking the risk, of burning up out here.

Alone against the world, with one foot in the door.
All my hope in faith.
All my faith in hope.
