Survivor’s Prayer Interlude

As I raise my fist to the sky
I ask the Gods, why, why do I suffer?
And they remind me, I'm a survivor

Put a tag on his toe he's done
Back up against the wall, nowhere to run
He's just the average under average
He don't matter, he was never the one

Even if he gives his best he'll fail
Never compete with the rest he'll fail
See him fall down, see him break down
Under pressure
Put to the test he'll fail

In my mind's eye I find my multi-dimensional uniqueness
This is only pain and stress
If it don't kill me I'll eat this
Blinded, my eyelids are closed but I still see
My future is brighter, mission completed

I have conquered my demons

And everything inside of me
I will fight til I can't find no more
