Dichotomies

Indecision is the culprit and my only foe
But who knows

But death is neat

My affinity
For dichotomies
Is tearing me
Into smithereens you know
Never know which way to go
Please let me climb outside
So I can hide away from the beast
On the inside of me

Right left
Birth death
Decay and growth
Love and fear
Hot and cold
Young and old
I know
I paint it in black and white
It's more dramatic, yeah I know it's not real life
Oh I know, I know

It's all in your eyes
There's more to you than you show
A clever disguise
But baby now everybody knows
You act like you're in a movie
You're the star in you're own favorite show
