Memories of Hope

In this new world, not so sure where to go
I feel lost when no one is beside me
But then I remember that you are here
Even if it's only a memory

Lost in this different world
No one is beside me
These memories though give me hope

As long as I have these memories, I will still have this hope
That one of these days, we will some how meet again, and
If it so happens to not be true, I at least hope your'e fine
In a world that's always changing

Even though I'm gone in another world
This does not mean I have lost all from before
Cause like I said before, these memories

Are all that I have left in this new world
Though soon I will have more as I learn in this world
As my new journey unravels

As long as I have these memories, I will still have this hope
That one of these days, we will some how meet again, and
If it so happens to not be true, I at least hope your'e fine
In a world that's always changing

I can't change what's done, I am here and you are somewhere else
Even though I have memories, I have to look at now
And what is to come, I can not always look at the past
Cause I am still on a journey with new memories

As long as I have these memories I will still have this hope
That the future journeys to come will also be fun
If it so happens to not be true, at least hope I make it
