Blessed Curse

Maldito será el fruto de tu vientre,Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body,
y maldito será el fruto de tu tierra,and cursed shall be the fruit of thy land,
Maldito serás al entrar,Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in,
y maldito serás al salir.and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

Y palparás en pleno día,And thou shall grope at noonday,
como palpa en la oscuridad el ciego,as the blind gropeth in darkness,
y no prosperarás en tus caminos:and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways:
y serás oprimido y saqueado siempre,and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore,
y nadie te salvará.and no man shall save thee.

El extranjero que esté contigo se elevará muy alto sobre ti;The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high;
y tú descenderás muy bajo,and thou shalt come down very low,
éste será la cabeza,he shalt be the head,
y tú serás la cola.and thou shalt be the tail.

Y tu cielo que está sobreAnd thy heaven that is over
tu cabeza será de bronce,thy head shall be brass,
y la tierra que está bajo ti será de hierro.and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
El SEÑOR hará que la lluvia de tu tierra sea polvo y ceniza:The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust:
del cielo descenderá sobre ti,from heaven shall it come down upon thee,
hasta que seas destruido.until thou be destroyed.

El SEÑOR hará que la pestilencia se aferre a ti,The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee,
hasta que te haya consumido de la tierra,until he have consumed thee from off the land,
a la cual vas a poseer.whither thou goest to possess it.
El SEÑOR te herirá con una enfermedad,The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption,
con fiebre, con inflamación,and with a fever, and with an inflammation,
con ardor intenso,and with an extreme burning,
con espada,and with the sword,
con sequía,and with blasting,
con moho;and with mildew;
y te perseguirán hasta que perezcas,and they shall pursue thee until thou perish,
porque no quisiste obedecer la voz del SEÑOR tu Dios.because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the LORD thy God.
